These are face-to-face, hands-on courses, delivered in person at our High Holborn training centre in central London, or on-site at your own premises if you're booking for a whole team. Practical skills like using a defibrillator, giving first aid, or running a fire evacuation are taught and practised in the room, not through a screen, so you leave able to do it, not just recognise it. Sessions run in small groups of up to 12 with a qualified instructor, and if you'd rather train a whole team together, we can bring the same face-to-face format to your workplace anywhere in the UK.

Yes. Our courses are QNUK-accredited, regulated (RQF) qualifications, and where relevant meet HSE, Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
Most certificates are valid for 3 years, with annual refreshers recommended for many first aid and mental health courses. Basic Life Support is renewed annually.
